I’ve been wanting to design a little girls nursery for so long! Needless to say, I was so ecstatic when we found out we were having her, that I went into full-on planning mode. Interior design is one of my highest passions, and creating spaces in the home for myself and others brings me such joy.
This room was no different. If you know me, you know I’m not a girly girl. I don’t typically gravitate towards pink, and I had no intentions of going pink with this room. But the more I researched and found different things to incorporate, I settled on a pretty blush color. Which by the way, let me tell you…finding the perfect blush is hard. I didn’t want something too pinky, or dark, but I wanted it to look like something was on the wall. Scroll down to see what we went with, and all the finishing details.
The Nursery
Crib // Wall Rack // Prints // Frames // Pom Pillow // Round Pillow // Rug
Llama Plush // Crib Sheet // Camera // Plant // Plant Stand // Curtains // Monitor
Chair (similar) // Book Shelves // Basket // Wall Letters // Pillow (similar & similar)
Dresser // Mirror // Changing Pad Cover
I can’t wait for Hazel to grow in this room, and as we transition into a big-girl bed, all the pieces can still be integrated, which saves money and time!
